Life at the Private Residence Club at Rosemary Beach is relaxed, luxurious and laden with service. Each residence is exceptionally furnished, so that staying in is an event itself. All 16 of the 2-bedrooms, 2½-bathrooms residences feature open, inviting floor plans with stylish furniture, deluxe cotton linens, private porches, high-end appliances and plasma TVs, indoor fireplaces, and private, shuttered Zaguans as courtyard entrances. Personal storage is included for all owners as well as underground parking.
At the center of the Private Residence Club is an open-air, Spanish and Zen fusion placita with a pond and boardwalk bridge. Large double doors open into the owners’ Lounge, Privado Theatre, kids’ activity room, and concierge office. Simply call on the concierge for arrangement of airport transportation, massage and spa services, and any other needs that may arise.
At the end of the day, enjoy the setting sun and cool night air on the rooftop terrace. The Vista Pool is heated for year-round use and offers sweeping views of Augustine Park and the Rosemary Beach community.
